Good size and unique property

Our Apartment was in the Centre of Seville close to the Mushroom & close to the No 32 Bus to the Train Station- A perfect position for Sightseeing

Check in procedure a bit complicated. And code required to enter the property was not given till literally 10 mins before check- in time. Not good when your phone is about to run out of battery. Otherwise, a nice conveniently located place with lot of dining options and very close to Setas de Sevilla attraction.

Clean room, shops nearby

Great location and lovely place to stay. Slow internet was only negative as it was needed for work.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Communicating with the staff was easy from before our arrival until we left. We would definitely go back.

Ideal location for most attractions. Apartment in need of an upgrade as decor very tired, peeling wallpaper, worn furnishings and outside area very unloved

Family needs a clothes airer as the dryer took 3.5 hours to do a cycle. Coffee pods were minimal. 2 pods for two people for two days is poor form. Clothes line on the roof terrace would be useful for families No wine glasses. I emailed them numerous times before the stay but only got a reply when I telephoned them from Spain

Quick find from Las Plazas de Armas bus station, only 15 min. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I would stay here again.

At first glance, the room looks very new in the photos, but once you start staying, it’s a different story. The fridge door is damaged, the dishwasher has issues, and the air conditioner sometimes doesn’t cool but only blows air. The photos seem to have been taken when the building was newly finished, but in reality, about two years have passed since then, which is not clearly mentioned.

The Shiite was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms. Very easy to get to major attractions.

Amazing value for money, 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and washing machine and dryer.

Everything was convenient however parking was a problem. We drove to Seville in a SUV. The parking ramp was tight, and we ended up scratching the door. This was unfortunately, because the daily rate was reasonable.

Great location

Wonderful and spacious property. Kichen is bit small, but rest is all wonderful. Finding a place can be bit challenging. I wish the communication was better.

I felt safe once inside. The homeless men in the park outside made it feel a little unsafe. The parking was a very difficult situation. There was not hot water in my shower and bugs on the floor of my master bathroom that lived in the gaps of the shower sealant on the floor at the entry of the shower. Other than that it’s a great appartment to sleep in!!
