One of the best places to stay in Aguascalientes, no doubt.

Property is located conveniently, and staff is very friendly.

Room clean. Friendly staff. Only thing I didn't like in my room was the A/C the wing it has for air makes a noise that kept the person I booked it for from sleeping. I had to take him somewhere else the 2nd night. We did not say anything because we have been in room 704 before and was swapped to another room because of the noise. We thought by now it would have been fixed but it wasn't. I do like this particular hotel next time we will just ask not to be put in 704.

This place is horrible please stay somewhere else the staff from the restaurant is horrible 😫 there was a guy that try to move us out the restaurant even before we finished eating.

Hotel room overall was clean. Bathroom has mold in shower area and sheets didn't seem clean. Stay was basically to sleep and shower.

Our room was clean and staff was friendly, however we will not be staying here again. We spent 4 nights here and it was not terrible but we weren't satisfied. The beds were kinda hard which made them uncomfortable. The temperature in the hotel was a bit stuffy and when the hotel lost power for a few seconds our little unit in the room would not turn back on. The food variety was good but some things weren't hot. And the pool had to be closed because we found glass around it which cut my dad. I wouldn't recommend this place. The pics look nicer online.
