280k cheap but not cheap! The room is clean, so is the bathroom. Even the hot water is on. Towels are provided. There is a water heater for drinking and it works. You can rent motorbikes here too. Even though at night it was a bit disturbing with the loud banging sound from the roof, it seemed like there were rats running around. Hopefully in the future you can stay here again and have calmed down from the rats.
