This is a good place, and the lady running this place was nice. My only complaint is that it seems that all of the hotels are using the same vendors with very uncomfortable pillows and mattresses. It would help if it had AC in the room.

Food staff were fantastic

We stayed here after visiting the Rhinefalls. It is a cute town. Breakfast was lovely and included in the cost of our stay. It was substantial and set us up for a good lot of exploring for our next days travel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Even though we only got to actually stay 1 of the 2 nights due to delays with our flights (not the hotels fault) they were super nice and it was a beautiful hotel

Nice quite place in a beautiful town

Nice place! We were only there for one night, so can't comment on much. But i will say, we walked into breakfast one minute before closing. Though limited choices at that time were limited, there was still stuff out, and we were kindly welcomed in and not rushed out. Very much appreciated that. (We were looking forward to returning for our final night, but had to cancel due to the 730p check in limit. We planned on being out later on our last night.)

From when my wife and I arrived and were greeted by the owner Axle to the breakfast just before we departed I felt at home. Axle retrieved extra pillows and blankets for me and met us at our room after we drove around to the parking lot. Parking very convenient and very close to room. Hotel is very new and it shows. At breakfast the hostess made fresh scrambled eggs for me and scrambled egg whites for my wife. On our three week driving vacation across Germany this has been the best hotel so far. WiFi was great and we streamed movies on Netflix at night with no buffering. Highly recommend.

This charming little place was just what we needed to unwind. The room was perfect, with a view that really helped me relax. The area surrounding this hotel is so quaint and lovely, as if you're living inside a movie. The church bells are amazing! The staff are very kind and understanding of my lack of the German language. We didn't have enough time to try the breakfast, but I can only imagine it being just as fulfilling as everything else.

Great place to stay- would stay again

The place was nice and clean. The breakfast was good, and the bedroom and bathroom were spacious (probably the biggest we had on our trip). The bed was OK. But the pillows drop my rating a lot. I was in Europe for 3 weeks, and these were the worst pillows in the entire trip. There was no stuffing or support at all. I hope they'd invest in new pillows... that is a pretty cheap investment for something so critical. Also, if you check in after hours, their keypad thing is truly ridiculous. It took us 20 minutes standing in the dark before we figured out how to make it work, by studying the behavior very closely. They truly should put some money into fixing that because it is so bad. And I'm an engineer who works with electronics daily.

It was a nice small hotel in a small village. It came with a nice European breakfast. Every thing was good except for not much ventilation in the room and no air conditioning. They let us borrow a fan for the last night so that helped.

It is a small town and has it's own charm. I was there as a child so it is hard for me to judge it as a person that just wants a room at what is both Switerland and Germany at the same time A unique place in the world and a good spot for a stay. The people are great and the rooms and facilities are really good. A place on the edge of everywhere and really nowhere at the same time.

A great place for everyone. Big space, comfortable beds. I will stay next time
