The room was a bit small but clean. My toilet faucet was leaking, the staff helped fix it but it happened again 😅. The room didn't have an iron so I had to borrow it from the receptionist. Reasonable price, near the beach, quite ok!

Every year my family goes and stays here, it's generally okay.

The room is poorly soundproofed, the room door has an electromagnetic lock that is sometimes not good. Overall, it is old and not in good condition. It is okay for a temporary stay.

I didn't feel comfortable to stay here because the beds and bathroom are not clean. It feels like cleaners did not complete their cleaning properly before allowing us to receive the room. Furthermore, the bathroom equipment is old and the shower is leaking water. However, the location can be a good choice due to being near the beach.

The actual room is not the same as on the app Actually: the room is narrow, stuffy, no windows, noisy, waiting for the room to check in is 30 minutes late because the room has not been cleaned yet...

- Space: Ground floor: parking lot, can accommodate about 20-30 motorbikes, 5 cars. 1st floor: Reception desk, spacious dining room, however, there are quite a few seats. There are 2 elevators, comfortable fire escape stairs. There are 3 types of rooms: regular room, VIP room & family room. (I stayed in VIP room -> Has balcony) - Service: Attitude is not very cheerful, the security guard is enthusiastic. - Location: convenient 3 minutes to the beach, surrounded by many amenities. - Rooms: clean, odorless (should equip with scented wax or room spray to enhance the experience), has TV and refrigerator, magnetic lock door is quite safe, has table and sofa, dressing table, 1 bedside table. - Items inside: good air conditioner, clean and fragrant bed sheets, towels seem clean (I did not use). - Toilet: acceptable, a bit small but clean, has a dryer and full of personal items. The room is not very soundproof, can clearly hear talking and outside sounds, because the area is crowded, it is quite noisy at night until about 2am when it is quiet. Overall, I can rate it 4/10, with this price on the weekend, I have many other better options.

The hotel is close to the center, walking distance to the beach and close to many convenience stores. However, the room is not cleaned every day, the trash can is small. The bed sheets sometimes have some stains.

The room is smaller than I thought and the view is not as nice as I thought.

-My room had no hot water -The hotel staff was very strange, when I knocked on the door and no one came to open the door, they used their own card to open the door to the room, not caring if there was anyone in the room or not -My room was connected to the room next door by a door, the door latch was on my room, the other side wanted to open the door, they needed a key to open it, the first night I slept, I heard the sound of the latch being opened on the other side, opened it and locked it again, and at midnight, not sure what they wanted to do. -I was really disappointed with my experience at this hotel this time.

The room is nice, everything is fine. But the room smells musty and smells like sewers.
