There were some rust spots in the bathroom fixtures and it just didn't feel like that nice of a hotel. The staff were hard to engage. I asked the valet to bring up the 3 bags in my back seat and they brought up my snow sleds and some other bags from the back of the vehicle as well -- they should have asked or clarified. No one needs 4 sleds and their bag of clothes for goodwill brought to their room. I waited 10+ minutes at the front desk to exchange some cash for a valet tip and was ignored. The clerk was with someone else but there was no eye contact or nod or other engagement. The oatmeal for breakfast was terrible (weird soft brown bananas on top) and they didn't bring milk or actual brown sugar. I had to call down and then wait 10+ minutes for the milk and somehow more coffee sugar. The breakfast my second day was not warm. Et cetera.
