It was a great location with exquisite room

Staff didn’t get back to me after I reached out about getting private transfer. Towels are old and grey looking. Need cleaner and fluffier new towels. Bathroom is quite small.

It is the place to stay in Edmonton. Great gym and a steak house in the lobby, they cook the streaks over wood fired flames. Eat at the bar to watch it happen.

I parked in the P2 parking lot designated for hotel guests and subsequently received a parking citation from the city.

Front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. Checking in was a very pleasant experience!

The staff were BRILLIANT! The place was good overall but the staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond. It was the experience that made it matter to me. And the SPA was very very satisfying. Definitely gonna come back for it!

Great place to stay. Very clean, respectable staff and always pleasant, very nice meals in the restaurant. Pricey but well worth it. Definitely will stay again in the future.
