후쿠오카 공항에 저녁에 내리고 그 다음 날 오전에 벳부로 이동하다 보니 비싼 호텔에서 묵는게 아깝더라구요. 저녁에 도착해서 하루 묵기에 적합합니다.

너무 만족합니다 최고에요

대체적으로 괜찮았는데 2층 침대의 볼트 조여져 있는 상태가 불량 하거나 욕실의 물빠짐 구멍이 거의 막혀 물이 제대로 내려 가지가 않거나 복도에 바퀴벌래가 지나갔습니다

離博多地鐵站有點遠，清潔度上沒有很到位，但以價格來說這樣算是非常不錯的了

Extremely clean, comfortable, and well located, but the sleeping situation was awkward and there were too few outlets for charging devices.

The locationis easy to get transport. The room has a loft, which is very suitable for families with children. The sofa and loft floor in the room were dusty, so we did additional cleaning. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. checkin was contactless it's so easy for late arriving. No lift on-site, so it was a bit hard to carry our two large languages to get second floor.

위치는 너무 좋구요, 후쿠오카는 조식 식당이 많아서 굳이 호텔 이용 할 필요도 없어서 가격 생각해서 고른 곳이구요, 가격대비 훌륭했습니다. 편의점,식당 가까워서 너무 좋습니다. 다만, 창문을 열수가 없고 거실 환기가 어려워서 먼지가 좀 많은편이고 복층으로 되어있는데 층간소음은 상당히 아쉬운편입니다.민감하신 분은 피하셔야 할것 같습니다.

掃除が行き届いていない 特にトイレが汚かった。おそらく毎回掃除していないのだと思う。 あと、2段ベットは、とても不安定で大人はねれない。マットレスも驚くほどペラペラでした。 外国人が安く泊まるならニーズがあるのかもしれないが、ちゃんと掃除はしてほしい。

The property was recommended on social media. Very comfortable and home-like. The place is on a quiet side street near to many convenience stores and walking distance to Hakata Station and paid parking. They could improve their internet speed as our unit connection was very slow. Not good for streaming videos. As well some of the filters and fans in the bathroom need a little more attention, but that is a small detail. Overall though we would comeback again.

AC was not working well.

Place was fantasy and had sufficient amenities; i.e washing machine, stove, utensils. However, there was a significant distance between the check-in location and the accommodation. Nevertheless, a good place to stay.

Everything is good, very nice hotel and good location. Please take note that check in counter is located at different area, hotel will send an email with check in location/address few days before your stay...

역에서 걸어갔는데 멀어요 확실히 멉니다. 난방이 잘안되서 추워요ㅠㅠ 히터가 거의 천장가까이 설치되어있어서 아래까지 잘안되는같아요 복층에서 주무시면 따뜻했을지도 모르겠네요 복층계단이 너무 가파르기땜에 올라가기도 힘들어요 사진만 보고 방이 엄청 넓을줄알았는데 속았어요 그정도는 아닙니다 매트리스는 소리도 나고 쿠션감 전혀없어요 셀프체크인할때 태블릿으로 이름 나이 주소 적고 여권사진찍는걸 숙박하는사람 모두 입력해야해서 한참걸려서 열받습니다 그나마 장점은 세탁기 있고(하지만 안씀) 욕조 물채우는게 자동으로 되고 온도도 맞출수있다는것? 욕조 뜨끈한물에 몸을 한참담그고 나서 잠들면 그나마 덜춥습니다, 제가 그랬고 남편은 안했는데 많이 추웠대요 근데 샤워기옆에 온수10분이상쓰면 가스정지하고 물이 안나올수있다는 경고문이 있어요ㅋㅋ 혹시 물안나올까봐 진짜 빨리 씻었어요 또 샴푸린스들어있는 통이 오래됐는지 샴푸라고 적힌 글이 지워져서 구분이 잘안됐어요 린스가 유일하게 희미하게나마 보여서 구분했네요 저희가 갔을땐 주위는 조용했어요 예약취소가 안되서 갔지만 딱히 추천하고싶진않습니다

Zona comodissima appartamento completamento nuovo

家族連れにはとてもすごしやすい部屋でしたが、至る所にホコリが落ちていたりソファの下には知らないペットボトルまで落ちておりました。 もう少し清潔感があれば星5でした。

整體來說，客房整潔廚房設備尚算齊全，但是二樓的房間只有樓梯，加上入住其間附近有建築工程進行，比較嘈吵。入住體驗普通。

傢俱方面可以再用好一點！例如床墊 整體還算ok！
