I had a good time here. The rooms are equipped with heaters, blankets and pillows. The bathroom and toilet are clean and dry. The staff is friendly and willing to explain everything for you.

The receptionist was very friendly when serving the check-in process. The rooms are clean with heating, thick blankets and pillows. Not provided free of charge for towels & toothbrushes & slippers. A washing machine is available that can be used with 100 yen coins. The bathroom is equipped with body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, & tissue. The drawback is that there is no toilet hose for water toilets. Kitchen facilities are very complete. The location is very close to Kuramae Station (Asakusa Line). Around the hotel there are also 7 Eleven and Mc Donalds.

Overall the property is great, clean and the staff is friendly. Location wise, it is rather good. A bit of walking is required but all is good. Just a note: The single room is really very small. If you have more than 2 luggage, you can't walk anymore as the walkway is meant for 1 luggage and a space for the door to open.
