When I came to the hotel they told me that I had no reservation or booking, in fact that I already paid for my it. They don't know who to call and did not assist me through the process. I was the only one who found a way on how to contact agent. There were also cockroaches crawling on the wall and on the floor. The space is so suffocating.

Unsatisying and very dissappointed: First, the room and small cockroaches were buggy, piercing my bite, damaged and my skin until now. Second, I was in a different room, but there are still small cockroaches. Third, the aircon was freezing, but I told them that the aircon was freezing, they reasoned that they were transferring me and could not transfer it again. Fourth, the smallest of the rooms is convenient to stay with. Fifth, expensive food, around 90 per meal, but like adodo order of chix they just served 1 Small pc if chix, same withbtheir tinolang fish. Non recommedable hotel / place to those who wish to stay or search for a hotel in CDO, D'Morvie is very dissapointing place.

My room is open even if I was still in check in status no privacy in there. There's so many cockroaches

It was unsatisfying stay in this place. Very small room as in so small that you cannot breathe at all. even tables and chairs not there. When you enter the room it's already your bed, air-conditioning has very loud sound like a helicopter. Staff was unfriendly, not Accommodating. no even smiles in their faces.

There are tiny cockroaches, scary pro cleaning the room.

It's a warm evening until dawn, though I'm just losing the aircon, then when you're sleeping even astonishing the noise outside the room, in short sleep.
