Property needs a little TLC. The room was clean. Faucet in the bathroom sink was not fastened down. The down spout for the overhead shower did not work only the hand held shower sprayer did. There are homeless people sleeping on beds right outside the front door as well as in the park next door. Staff was great and super helpful. I would stay there again just based on that.

I paid for a jetted tub but didn’t get it. The hotel has a foul stench throughout. You will be woke. At stupid o’clock by the cleaning team hoovering the halls and the breakfast is terrible, orange/apple juice and a handful of pastries. I can’t believe how bad it actual was. The area itself is nice and local to the shopping centres. Wouldn’t stay again.

Good hotel in very good location. Comfortable bed, clean room, nice bed. Has everything you need and good location. 10 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the Metro station which takes you everywhere you’d need. The only thing it could do with is an iron and ironing board in each of the rooms rather than borrow it from the reception.

Great location, helpful staff and great views from sky bar. Overall a lovely place and I’d recommend it! Service great!

During my stay at the Sea You Port Hotel València, I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and found the price to be reasonable. However, I must mention that the AC was somewhat temperamental, which caused some discomfort. Additionally, the room requires some maintenance and deep cleaning, as I noticed dusty and gritty areas. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but there are areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Great location, especially for the price, if you want to be near the sea.

Clean and friendly hotel

Well the turning up with no one in reception wasn’t a great start. Room was bare essentials and tired.

TV no English programs including news. Staff said that they don’t get Spanish programs in UK hotels. No tea or coffee maker. No cafeteria. Breakfast no eggs. AC central control. Not very efficient. No leaflet in English. Does not deserve 4 star.

A cleas and comfortable hotel within walking distance of the seafront, tram stop and metro station. It is also beside a car park which is handy. The hotel has a deal of €19 per day for the car parking.

Average stay for one night prior to cruise Adequate

Confusion initially over check in. I requested an early check in at 2pm and a queen bed and received confirmation from Hotels.com that the changes had been agreed but on arrival was told that we couldn’t check into 4pm. Also we had twin beds rather than a queen bed and there was no free bottled water in the room as advertised on the Hotels.com website. The front desk staff didn’t really want to be bothered with our requests and just came up with weak excuses. They did promise to put water in the room but we weren’t surprised when this didn’t happen. The room was fine - clean with comfy beds and a good WiFi connection. Breakfast was also ok and good value for the money. The hotel was in a good location

The room was clean, fresh and unique. We were very comfortable and secure.

The staff was helpful, attentive and pleasant. Everything was great with the exception of having.no hot water. The receptionist apologized and kindly gave me and my collegue free breakfasts during the stay
