breakfast was awesome very fresh

The hotel is fine, but a bit dated. The room is quite spacious, but my main issue was that the two power outlets weren’t near the bed, but instead there was one by the door and one by the sofa. The sofa is nice to have but not having a charger near the bed means you can’t use your phone while it’s charging on the other side of the room. The other thing that was missing was a beside lamp. There was only a bright overhead lamp, and to turn it off, you had to get out of bed because the light switch was by the door. It’d be nice to have a reading light instead of having to use the bright overhead lights at all times. WiFi sometimes didn’t work.

The hotel is clean annd well maintained, but DO NOt accept room 314. The room is very small, the entire bathroom is lless than 5 feet square soo the shwer water floods the bathrom floor and does not drain. We had prepaid for 2 nights but left after 1.

Did last minute booking online without seeing the hotel. Upon arrival, only 30 minutes from booking, my fiancée and I learned that the access to the room is by climbing a very large number of narrow stairs. We had to cancel the reservation but the staff pretend to not understand and refuse to refund the booking. I would recommend for anyone to stay away from this hotel

Beautiful place and everything wa awsome

Shower is cold for both days and I couldn’t take the shower on Feb.1 when I left the hotel.

Clean room, courteous staff, excellent breakfast, good location for downtown in a quiet area

Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and authentic. It’s the same breakfast everyday but that was not an issue for me. The staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Neighborhood is very safe and close to everything within walking distance. The only downside is that there is no AC/Heating available. Highly recommended.

Staff was nice. The hotel is on a hill with lots of steps to get to and not in the center of centro area, so you will have to walk a lot. Also note that uber/car service can’t get access to the hotel so you have to walk some stairs and tight pathways inbetween houses to catch a ride. I booked the deluxe suite, the view was amazing of the hill but the terrance doors did not lock and there was no safe.

The hotel, the staff are ok. They are courteous. The only problem I have was that it is not convenient for a person with disabilities. My recommendation is that it needs to say that there is no elevator in the hotel also that is a hard up hill to walk and too many stairs. I had to booked another hotel.

Muy Limpio y me sentí muy segura en sus alrededores el cuarto que seleccione tenía una vista espectacular estaba de muy buen tamaño el único problema para mí es que si tienen problemas para caminar que lo piensen antes de reservar, para llegar al hotel tienes que subir una subida en un callejón y para la gente que no está acostumbrada va a ser difícil o para una persona con discapacidad de caminar, Le doy un 100 a el hotel y sus cuartos

Clean room, great staff, nice towels. The best was the breakfast!

The view is incredible! The room is quaint its all you need for your stay. The only thing I didn't like was that Expedia said the hotel had parking and it absolutely did NOT have parking at the hotel.
