The staff is okay and helpful. It's just the cleanliness, such as the towel not being up to par. The Colgate was also not prepared, and the taste is bad.

Location is good. near to shopping mall & eateries. Room is not so clean & comfort.

The cleanliness was appalling...there was a pile of bird feces in front of the room near the balcony facing the pool. The bathroom was full of white scum at the taps and floor tiles. The wood parker flood was peeling away. No proper cleaning and maintenance of the room.

We had an awesome stay at Riverview Hotel. The hotel is spacious, clean and worth the money. Staff is friendly too. Kids enjoyed the hotel much since we had a good time to relax in between our journey to Kelantan. Definitely will come again in future. Thank you! ☺.

Simple set up. Considered not bad a hotel in that location. Downstairs has Kopitiam for breakfast.

Location is ok near eateries. The room smelled. The path leading to the room is a little dirty. Counter service is very good. Maybe I won't come to stay here again

Spacious. The sofa ws broken, not as picture. Overall okay. But the pool was closed due to MCO. Bummer. People already in ' Pelan Pemulihan ' stage, but here still living in MCO time.
