Staying from 7 to 12 December 2025 at room 901. I accidently left my 3 diamond ring at the room in 10 December. Since then I never see the ring. I thought I put it in the safe deposit box or in the bag at the room so im not searching it. I trust the hotel wouldnt do anything to my stuff. But when I go back to my country I never find it anywhere. And ask the hotel if I left the ring at the room but they say not found it there. Such a disapointment for a huge chain of hotels

Great location. Very close to subway.

Very good location. Minutes from the train station and probably a 20-minute walk to Tokyo Station. The room size is good for 4 pax with 3 big luggages. Various convenience stores nearby and a comforting udon store (fast food style and open late enough) just next to the apartment.

Loved every single thing about this hotel. The location, the sizeable room, the layout of the room, the completeness of amenities, and of course the great hospitality which my son loved so much. Our stay of > 7 days made our trip comfortable and definitely making us want to stay longer!

For the design and size of the room okay. But in my opinion it is less flexible. Room rules for 4 adults and 2 children max 6th. We came with 2 adults and 3 children under 11 years. Another 1,000 yen is charged. The hotel should give a little tolerance for children the location is a bit far from the station.
