Great location. Close to everything. Walked everywhere. The place was super cute and very clean. Would definitely rent there again.

The apartment was spotless. It was very spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children - we got the two bedroom two bath). The washer and dryer combo was definitely a plus. The location was great and close to everything. Our bedrooms faced the interior terrace, so it was very quiet at night. I just wish there was more storage place - dresser or extra closet - to be able to unpack completely. Our host, Christian was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Arenal Apartments. This was our second time and we will definitely be back! Excellent location just off Gran Via with lots of shops and restaurants nearby including a 24hr carrefour which is handy. The hosts were amazing, accommodating an early check in and storing luggage for us when checking out so we could continue enjoying Madrid. The apartment is clean, spacious and modern with all the amenities you need for a great stay. Very comfortable beds too! In short, I’d highly recommend.

Second room is very small. It has no closet nor windows. Location is good but very busy.

I’ll start with the staff. They were very attentive and available when needed. Next, the location. The property is situated with a few steps from the Gran Via by the Plaza de Callao. This is the social hub. And while there is activity past midnight all night, in the room, it was total silence. Next the Property itself. It was clean. The bathroom modern, the bed comfortable, and with the grocery one block away, we were able to have snacks and breakfast in the room before heading out.

This apartment is very well located, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping options nearby. Transport is simple, with taxis and public options easily accessible. Just note that there isn’t an onsite reception, so you’ll need to coordinate a time to meet for key collection.

The place is centrally located, the house was very clean and well organized. Christian welcomed us and the entire checkin and checkout was seamless. Christian provided us with great inputs on places to go and economic alternatives. Only downside is the noise of the street - given the location, there is always noise from outside and much worse at night when people after a night of partying and drinking are making a lot of noise - the house is not well sound proofed and it’s not easy to sleep at night with all the noise .

The Apartment itself was in excellent conditions, very confortable. If you have a heavy and bid luggage, be prepare to take the stairs up one floor to catch the elevator. After that when you get in the apt inside the apt is very good. The street where it is located is pedestrian and in the early morning the shouting and fighting are endless. The inexplicable thing is that there is a police station at the end of the street. To catch a taxi you have to tell the admin people to call one, if not you have to go with your luggage to gran via to get one

There were 5 of us staying at this place and it was spacious enough for us and one of the larger places we found in Madrid. The welcoming service and the cleaning service was great! When we arrived they helped us with our luggage and walked us through the place, WiFi information, filtered water, fridge and small freezer, and recommended places nearby. For someone who loves Indian food we loved that curry house was right next door as well as so many other food options: kfc, honest greens, boba tea place, ramen, vegan, etc. This place is in a prime and central location with shopping, food, activities, and clubs/bars.
