Restrooms and shower areas were dirty. In the morning when we went for breakfast, there was a container that bread. This container had cockroaches in them. The kitchen area had cockroaches climbing the walls. Overall dirty place

We thoroughly enjoyed the fish feeding, kayaking, and the boat ride, all of which added excitement and unforgettable memories to our visit. Staff, amenities and facilities were first class. The location is tremendous and the environment is pristine and serene.A great place to rest and refresh.

The staff seem disinterested. Not the usual cheerful greetings one gets at other Fijian resorts. The only cheerful people were the two water sports men….James and Scobie. …and one waitress. There should be some sort of transport to get people up the hill to the top level. Very expensive for what is offered.

Views from room are great, staff are friendly especially the restaurant staff. We booked 2 x luxury rooms but they could only find one booking, after showing our confirmation the receptionist agreed to put us in 2 rooms but not the ones we booked as supposedly they only have 1 of those rooms, but online h the inventory was for 2 rooms, seems like an issue with rooms inventory management or overbooking in place by hotel creating hassle and no obvious procedures to mitigate them. After 1 hour of checking in, we were advised they found our second booking and we need to pay $400 extra, when advised to provide us the rooms we had booked, were advised they are unable to do so. We were asked to move to another 2 rooms next door, which was not the ideal situation when you have kids and unpacked. Will not fault the receptionist as she was taking instructions from manager, who was not onsite. There were cockroaches in the room and balcony. The redeeming part was the staff at restaurant who were really friendly.

This was a lovely discovery for us in Rakiraki area. Beautiful beachside location, friendly service. Looks like a great place to have a wedding, appears to have event facilities like a marquee on the beach. We were treated to a great dinner, complimentary boat ride and fish feeding. We're only there overnight. Wish we had stayed for three to enjoy at a leisurely pace.

It's a fairly new resort that is trying its best to please it's guests while looking after the local flora and fauna. It's doing its best to become eco friendly.

If you want to see the real Fiji this is the place to be. It is a paradise place with so many activities or if you want to relax with best views

It is a beautiful property on the hillside with great view of the bay and nice landscaping which was well maintained. Unfortunately for a beach resort the worst part was the beach, it consists of broken up gray coral pebbles, making getting into the water quite painful. The room itself was nice, with a nice terrace overlooking the bay. Luckily there was nobody in the room next to us but all rooms are basically duplex villas and they are not sound proof so when the cleaners were in the adjacent room it sounded like an army marching there. The restaurant was actually excellent, everything was made fresh and the staff was very friendly.
