The wifi wasn't working very well. There's a couple of things that could use some maintenance. Overall exploration 4 out of 5 stars

We had a wonderful stay! The space was great — very comfortable and more than enough room for two people. The amenities were excellent, especially having a washer in the unit, which made our trip so much easier. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The location was also perfect — walkable to attractions and shopping, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic and truly appreciated. We would absolutely love to stay here again when we return to Madrid!

Room was large and clean! The bed and pillows were comfortable. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great stay

Incredible View with a Balcony

Outside noise was very loud all night long. Room was very nice along with the staff. Restaurant was expensive.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location and for an excellent value! We stayed in a renovated room on the first floor - immaculately clean and very comfortable.

It could be more clearer and better service. They charged you for room cleaning and you have to ask for it every day. The lobby smells so bad. Great location.

Everything was perfect!!

At check-in, we were informed there was no water, but that a technician was coming and the issue would be resolved soon. However, when we returned later that day, there was no hot water, only cold water, and I had to take a cold shower on my first day in Madrid. I reported the issue that evening and again twice the next day, but the hot water was only fixed in the evening. The manager didn’t show any regret to the inconvenience we were facing. Not follow up. Also, another annoying issue of this hotel is the cooking smell from the restaurant flowing into the room all day. I turning on the ventilation but didn’t help much. The smell only disappears after restaurants close after midnight. I will never come back to this hotel.

Room facility is not that great. Broken lamps and no hot water one of the days. Cleaning service is average at best. We missed soap and towels despite asking.

The room was dirty, especially the sofa. When we requested to change to a cleaner room, the staff offered another room that was even worse. This was extremely disappointing, as they failed to provide a clean and acceptable room. The hotel’s presentation is misleading and does not reflect a four-star standard.

Terrace was large and had a great view of city.

The lift was small and slow. The hallway, common aread could be cleaner. The staff was Fantastic.

Very friendly and welcoming staff together with a very central location made this the perfect location for a short city stay. Breakfast was also excellent and served with a warm smile
