At check-in, we were informed there was no water, but that a technician was coming and the issue would be resolved soon. However, when we returned later that day, there was no hot water, only cold water, and I had to take a cold shower on my first day in Madrid. I reported the issue that evening and again twice the next day, but the hot water was only fixed in the evening. The manager didn’t show any regret to the inconvenience we were facing. Not follow up.
Also, another annoying issue of this hotel is the cooking smell from the restaurant flowing into the room all day. I turning on the ventilation but didn’t help much. The smell only disappears after restaurants close after midnight.
I will never come back to this hotel.
