Everything is fine while at the property, but surroundings have a lot to desire. In addition, the air conditioner barely worked (wasn't dead but very weak).

Extremely friendly accommodating staff. Very clean, quiet, comfortable. We were English speaking and it was never a problem. Easy, safe walk to city center. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

we stopped here passing through as we drove the mountain roads of serbia through bosnia to dubrovnik croatia. hotel is a great value. clean with extremely friendly staff. checkin and checkout was fast and smooth. breakfast was included and they made me an almond milk latte which was quite tasty. breakfast is what you expect for this level hotel had cereals, eggs , sausage etc. would highly recommend if on a budget.

This hotel is spotless, extremely clean, Ive been around europe and nothing compare to this one, the staff is very friendly, family owned, good breakfast, and has all new thecnology brand new, super comfortable, the sprroundings where is located are to the greatest and was difficult to find restaurants around that accept card and no too much english with the locals but if you have a car you can drive to the mall nice restaurant there, I do highly recommend to stay here the hotel itself is well worth it.

Great little hotel in Kragujevac, heart of Serbia.

Amongst the best places in KG, and i’ve practically slept in most. Amazing rooms, comfy bed, and a reasonable view outside of the window. While the location is so so, it’s close to basically everything. The staff is super friendly and nice, even had a morning coffee with them! Will cone back for sure!

My parents and I came to Kragujevac to visit family and needed to book something that was close to the center and we came across this gem. The hotel is brand new and modern. We rented two rooms which were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was very kind and efficient. My parents (which are both very hard to please) agreed that next time we visit that we will stay here again.

Great hotel. Very close to down town. It has under ground garage. Buffet breakfast. Everyone was supper nice! One inconvenience was AC. It was set on heat and you can not control room temperature, its centralized tought out hotel.

Anyone who's traveled across Eastern Europe knows that hotels are always a bit of a gamble. Rubicon is a very pleasant surprise with super helpful staff and extremely clean and well appointed rooms. It essentially feels like you walked into a modern San Francisco hotel. I will definitely be back for any of my future stays in Kragujevac.

Ett hotell att rekommendera både för affärs och privat boende. Skiljer sig från centrum via en liten gång bro vilket är extra positivt - nära allt men tyst och rofyllt för natten. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Rent och god frukost. Kommer säkert att boka detta hotell igen.
