Booked a room for one night including breakfast during christmas. Especially INCLUDING breakfast because supermarkets etc were closed.
When arriving at A2 there was a copy paper that there was temporary no breakfast :( . A refund of 5euro per person will be given.
Disappointing, mark the no breakfast issue on your website on forehand in stead of afterward on a copied paper in the room. Then I know in advance what to expect. Btw a refund of 5 euro is not a market price but a cost price. I paid a market price incl breakfast for a room, not a cost price
