This is a wonderful small hotel on a quiet street. All the staff were outstanding, especially Lauralie.

The room was large and immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a chance to dine in the hotel and my meal was fabulous. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff. A little away from the hustle and bustle but in a good way - less noise. Just a short 5 minute walk and there are restaurants and the tram. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful hotel…so comfortable and clean. Thought the breakfast was too expensive so went over a block and had a terrific homemade breakfast for 8 euros. Great hotel to stay and rest in.

Staff was kind and professional. Minor issues with the room that we're not addressed after a few requests. Spa area was not up to standard.

Nice room with comfortable bed. Great breakfast. The pool area was pleasant and serene. A nice place to unwind with friends after touring the city.

It’s a bit far away from the heart of Bordeaux and requires a lot of walk to access to restaurants and shopping. The room we stayed in was quite small and we only received a very minimal service. IMO, it doesn’t live up to 5 stars hotel standards. Would definitely come back to Bordeaux but will not stay here again.

Great service , great location . BUT restroom was like in hospital very ugly with old curtain and very small ,vanity area no place to put our stuff.

The hotel is beautiful and the team members lovely . Food good quality. However lack of management presence meant that a staffing issue on Sunday evening was not resolved leaving guests with no explanation & food/ drinks that took over an hour & a half to arrive and on Monday shortages of breakfast items by 9.45am. A shame as otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

We have a wonderful time at this hotel. Our room was ready when we arrived and exactly as requested. The entire staff was amazing. We mainly walked to all of our restaurants and tours. Conveniently located but in a quiet part of town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bordeaux
