This hotel has definitely lived up to its 5* rating. The beds are very comfortable probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The staff were so friendly & incredibly helpful. I had a problem with my booking to the concentration camp & the receptionist kindly offered to call them for me. Reception staff also contacted the transfer company to confirm my booking as I was having issues with my mobile. Small gestures but made a big difference to my stay. If I return to Krakow I would definitely stay here. The hotel is beautiful very clean & only a short walk to the main square.

This really is a lovely hotel and the staff are so helpful. Great location for accessing the main town square and Jewish Quarter. Located very close to Wawel Castle and the river, where you can take a boat tour. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Definitely a 5 star experience, the staff was incredible from the start, a glass of Spple Champagne, then they got us checked in, parked our car and brought up our luggage. Dinner in their hotel restaurant was superb. They set up our tour for the next day at Auschwitz. With pick up at the hotel. The bed was so incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious. Our tour pick up was at 6:00 am, they had a to go breakfast waiting for us along with a cup of coffee. Their hotel breakfast was also incredible along with everyone we came into contact with.

Excellent Hotel Experience! Loved everything about this stay! The exclusive rooms are beautifully designed with incredibly stylish bathrooms. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout our visit. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious - definitely a highlight. Highly recommend and will return!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
