I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only aspect I did not particularly like was the towel exchange process. Guests were required to bring used towels downstairs to exchange them for fresh ones. In my opinion, it would be more convenient if housekeeping could collect and replace towels directly in the room during servicing. This would provide a more comfortable and seamless guest experience. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay.

Missed my suit hanger in the room. Came back in 1 hour, reception wasn't interested in getting it back from the room. Declined to help indicating house keeping personnel were occupied. Terrible customer service

Another great stay at this wonderful apartment complex

Great location and conformable unit well stocked unit. Cleaning a very poor standard not up to scratch. As follows Dirty marks on carpets (entry)TV screen and coffee table had been wiped down with filthy cloth left brown marks on glass we tried to clean them. Windows were dirty on outside. Between cushions on couch food and other debris etc. If any proper inspections were carried out, they would have seen these issues.

Lovely room, great pool

Overall a nice quiet place to stay, apartment was spacious with plenty of room for our family of five. Location was great. Short walk to shops/dining and the beach. Also right by the tram station which was a bonus.

Great location with amazing beach views, easy parking! Overall an amazing stay

New building with aged room. Room felt stuffy and didnt have the beach feel. Ventilation was poor in the lift areas and basement (more so than other hotels). Won't be back

STAYED 22/4-29/4,QUBE IS IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION,VERY CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS,PACIFIC FAIR,PUBLIC TRANSPORT ETC.THE PROPERTY IS NICE,POOL,SPA TERRIFIC.UNFORTUNATELY OUR APARTMENT (LEVEL 8/ROOM 19) WASNT VERY CLEAN.FLOATING FLOORS THROUGHOUT WERE DUSTY,KITCHEN BENCH TOPS WERE DUSTY,TOILET HAD URINE STAINS ON THE FRONT OF THE BOWL.BEDROOM WAS VERY NOISY FROM OUTSIDE WIND MAKING SLEEPING DIFFICULT.WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN? VERY UNLIKELY......

Location is in good area, close to supermarket and restaurants. Beach is 5 mins away. Rooms were big and beds good. Clean to a certain extent, bathroom had water coming through the bottom which made a mess. Overall good stay.

Fab apartment with all facilities needed. Close to all the restaurants and easy to travel to different areas. We will be back!

Spacious Pillows were appalling Lounge chairs dirty Lounge uncomfortable Shave hairs in basin on arrival Told cleaners were coming one day and didn’t turn up to next Staff were not friendly and didn’t look up and acknowledge you when you entered Lift or garbage shaft whistled all night with high pitch as wind ran through it

Spare blankets needed to be washed. Always book and upgrade before you get there. Prices on arrival are double than online

Excellent location, clean modern apartments with plenty of room. Facilities, the pool, made the stay enjoyable.
