Ideal location and clean premises

The rooms did'nt have refrigarator. I had some medicine that must put in refrigarator and use it 3 times a day. Also the rooms didn't have safety deposit box .It was so disappointing.

Excellent location, awesome brakefast and staff, you gonna be at the center of Porto and everything will be at around 20 minutes of walk distance. Very recommended!!

Great brekkie, rooms nice and comfy tho a little sparse in facilities and home comforts. Check in wasn't easy tho, staff not very helpful and a bit slow. Wifi was good and free.

Great hotel in the center of Porto. Close to everything. The rooms are small but sufficient for the short stay. Bathroom was large and super clean. Breakfast was excellent! Staff was very helpful.

The marketing of this hotel is misleading. Location is not in a safe area. The hotel staff also are not friendly. Use caution if you cancel on sight you will not be refunded nor will you get a call from the Hotel Property Manager. Very disappointing.

I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express Porto City Centre. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Porto, making it easy to explore the city's top attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-designed bathroom. Despite being in a central location, it was quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of fresh options to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations and any requests. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Porto. Great value, excellent service, and a prime location—I would definitely stay here again!

Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na położenie oraz atrakcyjną cenę. Do najbliższych atrakcji dojdziesz spacerkiem w 10-15min. Przy hotelu znajduje się dużo kawiarenek, restauracji i sklepików z pamiątkami. Hotel zadbany, pokoje czyste oraz dobrze wyposażone ( suszarka, żelazko, kosmetyki, ręczniki). Śniadania smaczne i jak dla mnie wystarczające ( jajecznica, sery, wędliny, pieczywo, jogurty, soki, woda, kawa, ciasteczka w tym Pastéis de nata). Recepcjoniści bardzo przyjaźni. Duży plus za możliwość zostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Zdecydowanie polecam!
