Beautiful, conveniently located, wonderful hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel w/ helpful staff in a great area. The rooms are very nice and well decorated.

Staff were especially helpful with questions about local public transportation.

Breakfast was plentiful and over 730-1030 so never crowded. Great showers, good size superior double, v helpful to store luggage on day of check out.

Clean and well-organised, friendly staff, outstanding breakfast, and a convenient location. Good value for money as well. We’ll be back. Thanks!

We paid premium dollar for a room that we didn’t end up getting. The noise from the street was horrendous.

The staff was fabulous. The front desk was helpful and accommodated our request for an early check-in by “moving things around” even though it was unavailable for a price prior to check-in. They were informative and even took my postcard down the street to put in the mailbox. Breakfast was AMAZING. Beautifully presented, friendly staff, clean and all around delightful.

The hotel itself is amazing. Our room was spotlessly clean and shiny, the bed was extremely comfortable with lovely soft sheets, and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, there is one major safety issue that needs to be addressed. The room had a bathtub under the shower, which made getting in and out very dangerous. The small sliding safety mats provided did not stick properly to the tub. One day, an adult in our group slipped hard while getting out of the shower and was badly injured. Thankfully there was no head or neck injury, but it was still a serious fall.This hotel has so much going for it, but the shower/bathtub setup is genuinely hazardous. I would strongly recommend the hotel add proper non-slip mats and safety grab bars in all rooms with this tub-shower combination.I hope management takes this feedback seriously to prevent others from getting hurt.

Very clean, comfortable, and central tourist destinations.

It's a cute place, and the breakfast is incredible. Good location and styling brings a lot to charm. The room itself felt very outdated, and the beds weren't the best.

Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was incredible- the range of choices, beautifully prepared and presented and delicious. The staff at breakfast were so efficient and yet so unobtrusive. Incredible service. Room clean. Usual bugbear - I have long hair and would appreciate a shower cap !

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful!! Close to metro and bus stops. We walked from the train station because we didn’t know the metro stop. Close to so many delicious restaurants!! We’d stay here again.

Very French hotel in the center of Stockholm

Great hotel, great location

The beds were horrible. Smaller than a twin bed with a mattress as thin as a prison mattress.

Beautiful hotel. Great location near several metro stops. We walked everywhere. Make sure to request room with AC if that matters to you. One night we had room with only a fan type set up. But the other 6 nights was bliss in the AC room. Breakfast was good with fruit, yogurt, eggs, breads and cheeses and pastries. Drip coffee free, barista coffee like cappuccino cost 45Sek. The wine bar had good drinks and it was nice sitting outside. Rooms have excellent bedding and good body lotion, shampoo, conditioner etc. would stay again.

The property was in a great location, the room was clean, staff was friendly especially the daytime staff. my feedback would be the following for travelers to be aware: There’s no A/C which may be fine most of the year but with the current heat wave it was very warm and uncomfortable making it difficult to sleep both nights. I wasn’t assisted with my luggage to the room nor given an introduction to the room to have known there was a fan inside the closet. In addition, to get to my room I had to take my suitcases by myself down a long hall then go up a few stairs then go back down a few stairs over carpet which was difficult with the suitcase and as a woman traveling by myself. The staff member who checked me in should have been aware of where the room was located and offered to assist with the luggage. Lastly recommend that the hotel should add dead bolts and locks to the rooms to feel more secure.
