I really wanted to keep this place a secret, but I know running a guesthouse is tough and requires a lot of support from guests!
1. Location: It's within a 20-minute bike ride from the train station. There's a 7-Eleven at the entrance of the alley, making it easy to get there by bike. It's truly a hidden gem in the city.
2. Breakfast: The soy milk was delicious—a rich, flavorful drink, just my taste. Breakfast is served as a set meal. I was initially worried the set meal wouldn't be enough, but it was actually quite filling for someone with a normal appetite. While not extravagant, you can feel the care put into it.
3. Park: The park has adorable ducks and chickens that aren't afraid of people at all. They even come over when they see people—so cute! The park is elegant, reflecting the owner's taste everywhere. It's a great place to relax for half a day.
4. Room: I booked room 301, the view room. The room features mainly wooden furniture, and there's even a diffuser with wood essential oil (I forgot which kind of wood 🤣). It was so relaxing! The view room also has a small balcony where you can go out, sit in a rocking chair, and listen to the birdsong—it's wonderful.
5. Other: The foot bath experience truly reflected the hotel's desire to make guests relax. The foot bath room was an indoor glass enclosure, offering a comfortable view while enjoying the foot bath. The handmade soaps and cypress shavings you could collect as souvenirs were also very nice!
The only minor drawback was that it was raining when we arrived. Although the covered parking area wasn't full, and parking a little to the side wouldn't have significantly impacted parking, the staff asked us to move under a tree… When we went out in the evening, the chairs were wet, and we didn't have any cloths. Of course, we could have wiped them with toilet paper, but it just didn't feel right…
