That's terrible. There was a unilateral cancellation.

1St night-I got the room with bad mattress, & air conditioner no function at another room, because its too late I'm arrived around 11 pm, I'm message the admin to change the room tomorrow. We sleep with bad condition of mattress & broken air conditioner. 2nd night, we arrive at 12 AM, still same problem, got bad mattress & air cond at other room not function in the middle night. I think we ll banned KSL for staying in future because sell homestay not appropriate to stay.

Excellent place to stay for a family, the room is quite big and it could fit at least 5 people. Very helpful admin information for a homestay (apartment) and quite fast response as well. Overall it is a very nice experience.

There is a washing machine in each room, there are towels, toothbrushes, clean rooms, free parking.

The hotel is perfect for family vacation. However if the owner could provide 2 excess card, it 's more better.

Spacious rooms, fully equipped, just bring clothes, very easy check-in & check-out, best security controls, I will be visiting again in the future.

Recommended. Easy self check-in system. Very spacious room, clean and neat with nice and cool decoration. TV channel satisfying. Room facilities such as iron, hair dryer, fridge, eating utensil, electric kettle is so good. Will come back for next visit. Thank you.
