This is our fourth time staying at the same hotel. Super clean room , nices staff and the breakfast it’s good .

Loved this hotel!!! Very nice! Food was great! Only two things.. wish it had a pool and the hotel floors looked like they were not swept very well.

We love staying here , if u want a quieter stay , ask for an even number room as it faces the back , less noise , don’t stay on top floor as the toilet area does have a slight smell at times , I didn’t mind it just closed the door it’s a slight trade off for being at the highest floor also the quietest floor , the beds are firm but solid no squeaking around , there are no doors that connect to the other rooms so you have total privacy , the included breaks fast is Amazing , we love that it’s close to Las Ahumaderas it’s the worlds best taco place and plaza Rio , parking was excellent , and my doggies were welcomed to stay with us

We had an amazing experience! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and breakfast was delicious! Very satisfied and will definitely stay there again.

Pésimo servicio tardaron más de 6 horas al subirme una cuna para mi hija. Y al día siguiente al desayuno. Incluido me lo querían. Cobrar que xk ya no tenían bufet. Y ta asta las 11 y yo estaba alas 10. En el comedor. No vuelvo. Por nada

The breakfast was very good. The girl helping me with my order to take to my room was very nice and professional. Nice quiet place but not many services provided. Only basic services during certain times.

Not welcoming to pets. There’s no where for dogs to relieve themselves. Also, room has to be inspected before leaving.
