Great hotel in a great location

Such a great hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was very clean and cozy. The location is perfect for walking to sights. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again if/when I travel back to Rome. Staff goes above and beyond. Thank you!!

The hotel staff always went above and beyond with hospitality. Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome. The breakfast was wonderful and in a cozy setting. I would absolutely stay at Hotel Chapter Roma again.

Super helpful staff and very nice rooms and comfortable beds. Very friendly room servicing crew and doorman. An AMAZING breakfast, with large variety of cold options, croissants, bread, muffins, jams, fresh honey, fresh ripe fruits, and made-to-order eggs, and super tasty, freshly-squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee, expresso - we always had a nice breakfast!! Decor is definitely “retro” and inviting to gathering of friends in the lobby for talking and having out. Although the old-style keys for doors and lights was a surprise, the very decorative key rings made up for it - very stylish! Location of this hotel is very central, very easily walkable to many restaurants, even a nice, longer walk all the way to the Vatican.

Hip & modern NYC style hotel in a busy area of Monti. Amazing bar, contemporary Italian Chef’s restaurant and rooftop lounge. Highly recommended for a special occasion all in one spot.

Hotel Chapter Roma made our 3 night stay in Rome a wonderful experience. Every staff member was kind, friendly, and helpful. Loved our time there!!

I really wanted to give Chapter Roma a great review because the hotel itself is very cool, but we had some major issues that made our 5-night stay really stressful. First, the room we were given looked nothing like the photos on Expedia or the website. It was significantly smaller and felt like a bait-and-switch for the price we paid. On top of that, the shower rod fell on us the first day, and the bathroom flooded every single time we showered for the entire trip. Even after they "fixed" it twice, the water kept going everywhere. The worst part, though, was our checkout. The hotel called a taxi for us to the airport, and the driver tried to scam us. He demanded €65 instead of the legal €55 flat rate and actually refused to let us out of the car until we paid the higher amount. It was honestly a scary situation to be held in a vehicle like that. While the management has been very apologetic via email and is investigating the driver, the combination of the room misrepresentation and the safety issue with the taxi made this a really disappointing experience.

The staff was excellent, food in the bar and breakfast was great. Would recommend.

The staff was above and beyond amazing. They really made the hotel a wonderful place to stay. Every single person that worked there was kind helpful and hospitable. We were completely spoiled. And appreciate all of them. The rooms were very nice. We were happy. There was some noise in the alley at night, but it didn’t bother us. We would stay here again.

The staff is fantastic. They are very professional and made reservations for dinner for us. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The bar was fun and some nice drinks. Room was large and clean. Prefect place to stay in Rome.
