Great location

Bad experience with AC Tuve una mala experiencia en el City Express Plus Ensenada. Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, con pisos en mal estado. La habitación tenía vista al mar, pero la cortina no funcionaba correctamente, por lo que no se podía aprovechar. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba; tardó aproximadamente 12 horas en refrescar un poco. Se pidió un abanico y en un inicio comentaron que no tenían; después de expresar mi molestia, llamaron para decir que ya habían conseguido uno. Aun así, el personal no mostró interés real en resolver la situación. En general, fue una estancia incómoda por las condiciones del hotel y la falta de atención.

The room was good , everything was clean! Staff was friendly. Parking is very limited!

Rooms not that great

Location is perfect. It’s in between downtown Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe. My young children loved the heated roof top pool. Staff was really attentive.

Muy buen servicio en general, la habitación muy cómoda pero nos hospedaron en una habitación a lado de un cuarto donde empleados del hotel entraban y salían y hacían mucho ruido, fuera de eso la experiencia fue muy agradable

Everything was wonderful except the sewer smell

Service is terrible. Hotel not as described. Is 20 minutes from downtown. Nothing near by to take a walk to. No convenience store around it. Nothing good at all about this hotel. Dirty plates on all the hallways from guest that just put them out there I’m assuming.

Very nice

there’s absolutely no beach access, minimal staff, my “partial ocean view” overlooked construction next door, there’s no hand towels or face towels in the room, super thin walls where you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway, the rooms look like a bare run down version of the photos, and I left a day early after 1 night.

Location was not ideal. The area near hotel smelled of Sewage. No Balcony. Windows wont open. Pool in picture nowhere to be found and tiny rooms with uncomfortable beds. Stay up the street a few miles towards Rosarita, MUCH NICER for little or No Difference in Price. Sorry
