Great location!

The check-in was very poor as Wendy took a long time , gave off a vibe that she was displeased with us and only spoke with my wife. When we had problems with the room key not functioning, she told us that we had not closed the door correctly. When we mentioned that the water temperature in the shower cycled on its own from hot to cold to hot we were told how to operate the handle as if we had never used a shower before It also seems that security for strangers using elevators is also lax. There are other good hotels in the area such as the Hyatt and the Hilton. They are both superior

Internet was great!! Breakfast was exceptional .The breakfast staff was excellant ,helpful, kind and very happy to help in any way they can.

The breakfast options are limited, especially when it comes to the selection of cheeses. Additionally, the bed sheets are a bit rough.

My room was so great!!! Loved the rainfall shower and water pressure. The customer service was exceptional and I loved the ambiance of the hotel. My child enjoyed the pool and I liked the gym. Will definitely come back again!

Excellent service and clean rooms - as always

The staff was very friendly and courteous, the breakfast was pretty good for the price, and the location was excellent and super convenient for exploring Mérida. Our only real complaint is that the roof pool area didn’t look like the pictures and the hotel in general looked a bit rundown and in need of cleaning/maintenance. Nothing extreme and we still enjoyed our stay, but it is disappointing when photos of a property are a bit deceiving.

Inconsistent policies. Let me check in and pay for 3 dogs and then another member of the staff told me we could only have two. Wouldn’t let my husband and I book another room. We had to move to another hotel.

The place was beautiful and very elegant overall. That said, I do want to mention the beds. For the price of the room, I expected a much more comfortable mattress and pillows. The bed had very hard springs, which made it difficult to sleep, and I ended up waking up with back pain. A hotel should feel like a home away from home, and good sleep is a big part of that. Upgrading to memory foam or at least a hybrid mattress would make a huge difference. Comfort is really what guests are paying for, and I hope this is something that can be improved.

The assigned room was 321. We had several issues with the bathroom: The sink had a leak that travels to the side of it! The water was NEVER hot, lukewarmth at is best. We contacted the front desk. They sent someone to "inspect" it. He did nothing. This issue was never resolved. The shower was fine. The front desk staff was always polite but were disappointed with the room. Will never stayed there again.

Overall ok, but the TV is all in spanish and there is no option to use our Netflix account which is quite common in all hotels.
