clean hotel, enthusiastic staff

I went with a group of 14 people, the hotel is near the center, can see the train running (the railway is nearby), the hotel has GS25 before, the hotel staff is friendly and enthusiastic. Reasonable price, the room has full amenities, quiet room, good soundproofing.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center and easy to get to dining spots. However, the soundproofing in the room is not good. Because it is located near the train tracks, you often hear the train whistle, especially at night. This can be annoying for those who do not sleep well. However, the overall experience is still okay. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, contributing to a pleasant feeling throughout the stay. If you are not too sensitive to noise and prioritize a convenient location, this hotel is still a reasonable choice.

The hotel has combs and cotton buds but no toothbrush and toothpaste. A bit surprised by this omission. Otherwise everything is fine.

Căn hộ rất sạch đẹp, đầy đủ dụng cụ, bàn làm việc, nhân viên thân thiện, checkin nhanh. Phí out trễ cũng khá rẻ và linh động, 50k/1h out trễ, khác nhiều nơi tính 50%. Mh đã ở đây mỗi khi muốn đổi chỗ ngủ, đến tuần mấy ngày luôn

Làm ăn rất lôm côm. Giá tiền không xứng đáng với chất lượng phòng. Cách âm cực kì kém. Ai dị ứng với tiếng ồn nên cân nhắc trước đi đặt

Our room had a moldy fridge and everything was very dirty (eg. Stains on the wall, beard hair on the sink). They upgraded the room after wanting to cancel the reservation. The new room was still a bit dirty but it was bearable.

I need to cancel for 1 day because the service and operation are so bad.

Clean, friendly staff, convenient location. Will come back 👍
