Staff was very helpfull

Awfully rude staff, would not accept that I had a booking, then proceeded to lie about me not presenting my passport as an excuse. Had to look for alternative accommodation as a result and still incur the cost. Avoid by all means

Place is great just issues in bathroom/shower needs attention shower hose mixer etc. Otherwise for the price it is excellent reasonable breakfast. Location is quite.

Room was very big and so was the shower. An easy walk to the main sites but is near a tramline. Only 2 issues. One was the WiFi, it was slow and just bad, kept connecting and disconnecting over and over especially in the evening. The other was the automatic lightening around my floor would go off too quicky. I know it's for saving energy but should stay on for more than 3 seconds. Breakfast was fine and staff were very nice.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable; lumpy mattress. Breakfast was not good; no fruit, no juice and they close it down early. Cleanliness clearly not a priority. Sorry.

Stayed here prior to our tour commencing. Saturday night seemed very busy on the street outside until the early hours of the morning but no issues the following night. Tram is located right outside the door so easy access. Big breakfast of bread served. Room was big and comfortable bed with good air conditioning.

I don't know how they classify these hotels : To hang your coat or others heavy clothes you need to go on top of a chair to reach the hangers. There is no space to store your clothes ,I kept my clothes locked up in my suitcase for two weeks. The alarm inside the room was broken and part of it was in the draw. The breakfast is full of bread and croissant and no juices. the window is not properly insulated.you cannot sleep calmly as the tramway is frequent and noisy . The hotel looks fantastic from outside but...... Please not that my points above could help improve the way the rooms are furnished.

At least the hotel should give guests water and coffee as a complementary - Nothing was in the lobby !

The property was filthy, garbage on the street outside , dirty bathrooms and filthy walls in the bedroom. the glasses at breakfast were not clean as well. overall the staff was not helpful and our rooms were not cleaned at all on the days we were at the hotel. we asked for new clean towels and were told we could not get any. when i asked the manager he apologized for the staff and cleaning. and offered us a free nights stay and said he would remedy the situation. however after an additional night with no resolution - we left the hotel - would suggest you book some where else as this hotel is not up to the standard orbitz has. it's not even close to a 4 start rating - more like a 1 or 2 star..

Perfect! Friendly staff, great room, adequate breakfast. Walkable area for most things.
