Stayed one night and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Sauna was great, breakfast buffet was in a lovely room with great views of the surrounding area. Walking distance to the mall, where the only local action occurs.

Overall I would recommend the hotel to travelers, staff is friendly and courteous, the place is clean and well kept breakfast is great transportation bus train a very short walk taxis readily available shopping museums restaurants and other places of interest easily accessible did not know I had to pay extra to have the room cleaned

Hotel was grudging about adding additional bed, despite this option being clearly listed in posting. Cleaning staff through away our Tupperware, and the room was impossible to cool down (despite it being about 20 degrees C outside).

We stayed for several nights at this convenient location. We had a lovely studio room on the 7th floor and the 8th floor restaurant provided great views. The staff were very helpful and engaging and there are also many dining options in the Kista Galleria, just a short walk from the hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights for Taylor Swift - currently still here. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and staff are kind.

It is a very nice place to stay. Getting out of the busy Stockholm and stayed here is a pleasure.

I have stayed at this hotel several times now and will be returning again soon for work purposes. The staff are extremely helpful and the facilities are well looked after and clean. Highly recommend this hotel as a good base as close to Krista one shopping centre and train station for travel in the centre if looking to explore the area.

Mark from the front desk was very helpful, kind and friendly. Overall, all the contacts that I have at the front desk were great. I love this place I strongly recommend it. Breakfast is delicious they offer a variety every day.

An OK place to stay for a business trip. Room was spacious and comfortable, but could definitely benefit from more TV channels, something in English or German would be good. There is no restaurant in the hotel or in the immediate vicinity, so the only food options were to walk to Kista Galeria for its food court. Breakfast is basic. Don’t arrive for breakfast too early as it will not be ready, don’t arrive too late as all the food will be gone!

Overall was good. But I did not get the room I booked. They said that ”in the hotel world they hire out more than they have” ☹️ The room I got was good but not the bed was not double as promised.

Very good condition and nice breakfast. Only issue is size of my room was very small, but they have bigger rooms for which you need to pay more.
