The room was on the reception floor(6), which made it easy in and out. The balcony had a westerly view and overlooked the pool, really nice but it warmed up during early evening times

Place was beautiful. Was a really long walk to our room. We had a sea view room. Pool view would have been much better.

We enjoyed our four night stay at Elba Sunset. The breakfast buffet was great. Hotel Location was good, views were amazing. Nice pool, spa look nice although we didn’t use it due to the extra charge. Jim was decent. It had a few pieces of equipment and treadmills. Was always full, I think they could use at least double or triple the size of the gym with more equipment. Parking on the street was limited, but we managed to find nearby for free on this street. The location is close enough to walk to the main streets of Palma nova. If I had any suggestion it would be to clean the hallways at least once a day they was always dust, debris and small ants (spray for bugs on the interior corridors and rooms at least once a month) . Even with all this I would definitely stay again as the views were really nice and the hotel is in a quiet area of town.

Hotel was lovely and clean, our room view was stunning and gym was good. Spa seemed lovely but we didn't get to use the facilities. Staff were really friendly. Drinks from the pool bar were really nice. Food and service generally in the hotel restaurants were not great.

Chose this hotel for the location and amazing views and it didn't dissspoint. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, check-in was a breeze and staff on front desk were super efficient and competent which pretty much set the tone, a bad check-in experience sets the tone for the rest of the stay. Rooms were modern and bright we opted for a south facing balcony and glad we did as we got shelter from the cool wind (April) and sun pretty much all day till 5pm. Buffet had enough choice and there is always something on offer to suit appetite, a minor point and more a recommendation than a gripe was it would have been nice to have been offered complementary water at our table when seated, this would give staff an opportunity to interact and guests more would be more inclined to purchase wine, beer etc..that said, a nice dining experience all the same. They have a singer on Thursday to Saturday but opted to walk in to Palma Nova for a little more choice, which is only a 10 min walk. We didn't use the pool as it was early season and so water was a little cool for us. In summary, a lovely hotel and everything was as expected and more, we have already decided that we would like to go back again.

The general feel of the hotel was peaceful and the facilities very good. The spa and pool were amazing. Food plentiful and tasty and staff really efficient.

Just simply a great place to chill and take in the sun and the views with a fantastic pool to cool off as needed!

Me and the wife were here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Without a doubt we had an amazing time. I would recommend anyone visiting Mallorca to book their stay here. We were able to get a room upgrade (with a charge of course). We had no issue getting a parking spot. The location is very central to visit all of Mallorca. The view was absolutely stunning and the dining options at the Hotel were amazing as well. Overall we had no complaints and would definitely recommend any couple or group looking to book to do so without any hesitation. Thanks to the team and staff at the Hotel for an amazing vacation!

Great place to vacation

Absolutely amazing hotel! The amenities are awesome, with two pools, a spa, and a fitness center over looking the water. It's also within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Our only complaint was the AC seemed to have trouble reaching temp, but overall this hotel was beautiful.

I came for my birthday celebration 17 Feb. The view is amazing, the spa treatment was awesome and the restaurants were not just convienant but the food was good as well! The assistance given with requesting a Taxi was great and how fast they arrived! I would have like to see a gift shop there and the ability to purchase things like contact solution or tylenol. I have already recommended Elba to so many of my fellow Soldiers and Friends. Absolutely a relaxing getaway. I love Elba Sunset Mallorca Thalasso Spa

Fabulous family hotel, lovely pool area, wonderful views, comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Food at The Bow restaurant could have been better but was fine.
