Nice place to stay! Affordable rates. Food in restaurant is also good. Near to station with good access to public transport and nearby markets. Owner and staff is helpful. Clean rooms with comfortable bed. Liked the two day stay!

🚫 Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended at All... Our stay at Hotel Pearl, Vadodara was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful throughout our stay. The rooms are very small and uncomfortable, nowhere close to what a family would expect. The situation became worse when the hotel forced us to pay the full amount upfront for two days and clearly told us to leave the property if we did not comply. We have chexked in at 11 pm night and checked out at 9 am morning. No breakfast nothing paid a hefty amount. We were traveling with a sick 1.5-year-old baby and informed the staff about this, yet there was no empathy, no flexibility, and no basic courtesy shown. Their behavior was stressful and insensitive, especially under such circumstances. This hotel lacks basic hospitality and customer care. Families, especially those traveling with infants or young children, should avoid this place. There are many better and more respectful options available in Vadodara.

We were Compelled to stay at the Pearl as it was booked by a travel agent (Tour Crown- Noida) as part of a Gujarat tour package. It seems to be a guffa when you moves towards room. The property occupies one section of an old multi storey business centre in a very busy part of town but certainly not a 3✡️ as they claim to be. It is a sub_standard hotel. The property is out dated with a dirty entry. The rooms are very small with no ventilation. The rooms are cramped & hardly any way to keep your stuff properly. It is suffocating in the room. The restaurant provides tea/ coffee in paper cups. The washrooms are not even better with the washbasin stand so small that one has to push his toothbrush etc underneath washbasin. Certainly not a choice if looking for a 3☆ accommodation in Vadodara.

very rude behaviour, rooms are very different in layout, had to walk up a floor as there was no lift for that floor, they charged us extra as well. No empathy in staff.
