Fabulous neighborhood- lovely suite.

We really enjoyed our visit to this property. We had a mini apartment which had everything we needed. A little basket was delivered each morning with our breakfast. (Juice, coffee, milk, pastries, ham, cheese and boiled eggs - I may be missing something) The street is closed off in front so you have to get dropped off and walk a little to get to Bloom House, but that wasn’t a problem as it wasn’t too far. And the location was nice because you could stroll along the street right outside to shop, eat or listen to street musicians. It was walkable to other areas as well. The staff was extremely helpful and spent time explaining the area, giving recommendations and helping us print out tickets. They went above and beyond. It was a great experience.

The staff were so amazing! They really treated me like family. The hotel itself was very safe and super comfortable. I would 100% stay again.

The Bloom House has an amazing location in Porto. Also, while it is on a busy pedestrian shopping street, there is a wonderful interior courtyard Terrace that is very quiet and tranquil. our room was clean and had everything we needed.

Absolutely lovely apartment that is well equipped and maintained, with exemplary staff and service! Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and Cute

Large clean studio apartment in nice part of town. Walkable down hill to river area. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wow. Just wow! The welcome from Carla was the best welcome ever at a hotel. The garden apartment was well appointed and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. We would like to thank the lovely staff , especially Marco,for their kindness and help during the nationwide power outage while we were there. He helped us with possible ways to the airport and went above and beyond. Also another staff member came around to give us old fashioned keys for the front door and candles and a lighter while the power was out. Next time we come to Porto ,and we will be back at Sweet sweet Porto. What a team of people . Muito Obrigado! Fantastic.

Room is spacious and well decorated, great location, staff are very friendly

Nice apartment with kitchen. Everything was great except no smart TV and not visible from the bed. Shower was hard to get the water temperature right (would get scalding hot and shower didn’t contain the water well. Staff was great and location perfect.

Bloom House is situated in a very convenient location right by the Bolhão Metro station on a pedestrian street near the Ste Catarina Chapel and Balhão Market. Lots of café and shops around. The staff are very helpful. They contacted me before my arrival and I could checked in early. They provided a map with recommendations on restaurants and sites to visit. I got a studio suite which is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The suite is clean and the bed is comfortable. There are recycling bins for paper, plastic and glass in the suite. The housekeeping staff respected the water saving policy and not changing the towels unless indicated. I will recommend Bloom House for anyone visiting Porto.

We stayed at Bloom House for our first trip to Portugal. Our room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located and had everything you need (kitchenette was well supplied). The hotel is close to the market, many terrific restaurants, cafés, shops, sites and public transport, all within walking distance. The people of Porto are wonderful and the staff at Bloom House are exceptional !!!!! Their suggestions for things to do, restaurants and port tasting (Churchill's a must) were outstanding. We would like to thank you for making our trip to Porto a great success. We are looking forward to returning to Porto in the near future and will be staying at Bloom House by Sweet Porto. We highly recommend staying here. In our opinion, you will not be disappointed. We have stayed many places in our travels and this hits the top of our list. With many thanks to a fantastic staff. 💕💕

Well kept and modern

Great room, lots of space. Quite. Had our own terrace. Close to metro.
