The hotel is very strategically located. A 5-minute walk to Kyoto Station. Self-check-in is easy. The hotel lobby is connected to Sevel.

It's really a premium hotel, Via Inn. The twin rooms are spacious and comfortable. There's a big sofa. I hope I can come back here again.

A comfortable modern hotel a short walk from Kyoto station. The rooms are well designed and comfortable with a reasonable amount of space. There is a convenience store attached to the hotel and others nearby. The reception staff were polite, efficient, and helpful. A good choice for a visit to Kyoto.

friendly hotel staff, clean room, just didn't get bottled mineral water. there is an additional charge when checking in outside the booking fee 😭. The room is not that spacious, it's a bit difficult to open 2 large suitcases. But the location is very good, super close to the train station. There is also a sevel below

Very recommend to stay at this hotel. The location is near Kyoto Station, very clean and comfy. A bit spacious. When checking in, they ask us for tax accommodation per person 200 Yen.

Staff were mostly helpful, polite, and patient with guests, including housekeeping. The location is very convenient and connected to 7-Eleven. The deluxe double was slightly bigger and more spacious. A drawback was they don't offer a half-day extension, so I had to pay for a full night to extend the room for my night flight.

The pillows are very hard. Could hardly sleep. Wasn't able to get the king-size bed despite requesting it during the booking. Receptionist could hardly understand English. Other than that, all are good and acceptable.

The location is good. It's just behind Ibis Hotel Kyoto Station. The room is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel, we can open 2 medium luggages and there is still space. 7-Eleven is just next to our hotel. Unfortunately, check-out time is 10 AM. We'll stay in this hotel if we come back to Kyoto.

Near Kyoto station, Don Quijote + Seria. Easy to find groceries, food. Big room also comfortable bathroom. Bed was OK, a little bit dust on furniture. Laundry only 6 machines 🤯. But there is laundry coin near there.

Not located in JR station. But not far, from the lobby there is a door to seven eleven. Small room but all facilities are available.

Near Kyoto station and right in front of the hotel there is Sevel. There are many delicious foods around the hotel. Coco iciban and ramen.
