Ideal location for the beach with lovely owners, will definitely be staying there again.

Great reception on arrival, good choices on the breakfast menu which was freshly cooked.

Lovely b&b, hosts were perfect, gave us lots of information. Breakfast was very good, everything you wanted. Room was clean and comfy bed. Stairs a bit challenging but not a problem. Graham sorted the parking for us which was good value. Perfect position on seafront. Only about 5-10 minute walk into town. Graham and Marion were lovely and we would definitely go back.

No rush excellent leisurely breakfast. Filled omelette for me and eggs bacon and mushrooms for husband. Perfectly cooked and presented piping hot. Coffee and tea and as much toast as required. Early season so heating on making the room warm and cosy. Very amiable hosts and we would return.

A warm welcome and a comfortable, quirky room. A view out to sea or along the promenade towards the town centre. Breakfast was plentiful, no need for lunch! And plenty of choice too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks!!!

Very friendly hosts. Right on beach. My only complaint is that parking is very limited. I would park in a one hour spot and then found looking out my window to see when an overnight spot opened up.

Great location, our room overlooked the beach, with a lovely view. Free parking outside. Room was clean and comfy. Hosts Marion and Graham were warm and welcoming. Great breakfasts. The free cakes on receptoon every day was a nice touch. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay and hope to be back again soon.

Wonderful hosts. I had a mishap with the sink on the first night, unusual for me. But they made no fuss, and were helpful at times. Breakfast was plentiful and really good choice.

Mine host and hostess were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was awesome , great choice and freshly cooked. Our particular bathroom was a tad too tight a fit but overall the room was fine with lovely views. If selecting this accommodation people with mobility issues would struggle with the stairs.

Beautiful view and comfortable. Away from ‘ busyness’ area and sandier beach but can drive or walk up to those areas. Would use again.
