The property was a little difficult to find because of the roadworks, and it is located in the middle of an industrial estate. However, it was clean, modern, and comfortable, although the bed was quite small. The location is excellent — just an easy ten-minute walk to The Kelpies.

Brilliant hotel. Very clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. Perfect location close to Edinburgh airport, and topped off with lovely morning walk around Kelpie park. Only difficulty was the roadworks which resulted in several rounds trying to locate the entrance. Ended up having to call for assistance. Staff very helpful

Premier Lodge is always my first choice when I’m staying in the area, and that comes down to one thing above all else – the staff. They are genuinely first class. Every interaction is friendly, professional, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. You’re always met with a smile, and there’s a real sense that they care about your stay. The hotel itself is consistently clean, comfortable, and well run, but it’s the people that make the difference. They set the tone and make it an easy decision to return time and again. Reliable, welcoming, and a level of service that stands out.

Lovely friendly staff, but the shower was tiny, mouldy and the sink didn't work, so hardly any water coming out. I reported the problem with the sink the following day, but was told that it may not get fixed as the hotel was undergoing a full renovation in a few weeks. I fully understand that the owners don't want to spend money when they are ripping out old rooms AND I was offered a room change, but decided not to take it. Room cleanliness was good, but I gave a low score on the overall cleanliness as the hotel needed a deep clean, but as above, no point if they're renovating soon. Would stay again, but I'll be waiting until the renovations are complete.

Basic room only hotel. Within walking distance of The Kelpies.

The hotel was basic, clean-ish. Was glad was only there one night. The bed and towel were clean so that was fine. The receptionist was lovely and helpful- that was the highlight of the hotel!

Standout was the staff who were excellent, so helpful and friendly. The room was great. No food available but staff booked us a table at a nearby eatery. Ideal for a short walk to visit the Kelpies. Location is on a trading estate but easy access to road network for onward travel.

Noise was really bad broken gas cupboard door next to my room banged for two night's i had to get out of bed at 11 o'clock and try a temporary repair no staff interested all receptionist said its not ours but seems it had been like that for a while surely they should have remedied for there guests smallest room iv been in rain was dripping all night from broken roan pipe but night porter says nothing i can do about weather

Receptionist susan was amazing and friendly. Able to use kitchen facilities was brilliant.

The staff are wonderful, the lady on reception really helped us out and made our trip! I messed up my booking and she went out of the way to help, would definitely stay again, service was top!! The place was really clean and tidy and close to the Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel
