Yes but I am upset with their inability to change my reservation from13-16 till 16-19 Nov, however they said that Expedia took money so they should cancel at least 2 nights when I called on 13 Nov, Expedia did not mention that and gladly made brand new reservation for 16-19 Nov. I am still expecting to help me with this problem, because I paid for the nights I did not use there and one group wants the other to do something. I am very loyal with Expedia but nobody wants to help and your chat stinks, many times I had to start over and over until one guy made me brand new reservation so at least I had a place to stay for these 3 nights

Perfect position near Cathedral, Ferrari square with lovely fountain, ten min walk to port area, nice individual shops in backstreets, could not have got better service, not much too look at from outside with neon sign but felt chic and elegant inside. Good value breakfast.

Don’t let the walk to the hotel fool you! We booked this hotel last minute and it was the best decision we made! The staff was very friendly and gave us recommendations on restaurants and sightseeing. You will not be disappointed with this hotel!

Great location and very friendly and helpful reception

Hotel ideal for a short trip to Genevo. It is walking distance from the Metro station and all main attractions in the old town. There is a nice caffe nearby. Modern and clean room, with air con.

The Hotel Doria is on a quiet back lane near the Ferrari metro and an area filled with shops, cafes and well regarded restaurants. The room was modern, nicely appointed and comfortable with a nice rooftop dining area for breakfast. Staff were most helpful. The Via Garibaldi, San Lorenzo and the waterfront were a short walk from the hotel, as well as the open air book market and the galleria. Absolutely the best pesto at E. Price Rose and we thank hotel staff for their recommendation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean, and had a very nice bathroom. The hotel is close to some great sightseeing and restaurants too. We would stay here again.

Staff very friendly and able to assist with requests for items such a vase for my flowers, corkscrew for my wine. Hotel very clean and despite the central location, very quiet - got excellent sleep - bed very comfortable. Shower excellent. I would recommend for a short break in the city.

Down a narrow alley but the exterior hides a modern, clean , well appointed hotel with compact but excellent value rooms . All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Perfectly located, this quiet little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff is ideal for explorung the old Genova. Most of the important sights to vusit are very close.

This hotel was ideal for us; it was central to the restaurants and harbour. It was reasonably priced, quiet, clean with friendly service and good bed and shower. It had a kettle and tea in the room! Overall a very good stay.

Well located just five minutes from metro and ten minutes to port area - perfect location to explore. Hotel was extremely clean and although the rooms are on the small side this did not detract from a wonderful stay. Gaia on reception was an absolute joy, providing extensive advice on what to see and where to go during our limited time in the city.

Central location almost within view of Ferrari Plaza. Easily walkable to bus lines and the Metro. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, including walking me to the after-hours entrance to be sure I understood how to use the access code. Bed was comfortable by U.S. standards. Appreciated the minimal plastics in the toiletries.

Great staff, rooms were good, as a solo female traveler I did not feel super safe walking around the hotel going towards the water in the evenings but other than that it was great.

First, I must thank Stephanie who was incredibly kind upon check-in after I lost my phone on the bus. She was very compassionate and helpful letting me use the phone to call home to let them know. Grazie mille, Stephanie! I will never forget your kindness. This hotel is in a great location for exploring the city center. If you have heavy or lots of luggage, it is 8-10 euros from Genoa Centrale Principe. Wish I had known - I'd still have a phone. Given I had no phone and thus no directions, I was given a map and instructions which were very easy to follow. It is minutes from many of the must see places in Genoa. Genoa itself is probably one of my favorite cities in Italy. It has it's gritty side but in general, incredibly beautiful, accessible and walkable. Hotel Doria is a perfect place to set off on your adventure. Upstairs to the right great coffee bar too!

Had a brief but wonderful experience at this hotel. It was a great value for the price, and the front desk was incredibly helpful for an American foreigner like me. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time we were there.
