Property was quiet and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom in the room was a semi- private glass enclosure.

My first time staying at a Hostal. Room was tight, but clean and well appointed. Bed comfy, bathroom spotless. This place is better suited to someone not of grandparent age (me & wife), but for 1 night it was just fine, The front desk staff was 1st rate. Location OK, not in the center of things, but very close to major sites. Good restaurant options, grocery store, shopping and public transportation are within feet of the entrance. Entrance is a bit hard to find. The building houses three Hostals so make sure you use the address to locate. Lobby is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator. All in all, I would stay there again.

Nice stay in a fun area! The property, room, and linens were quite clean, but bathroom had a strong sewage smell. Keeping the bathroom door closed mostly managed the issue (except when you need to use the washroom of course).

The hotel is very clean and quiet. It is conveniently located close to Gran Via and very walkable to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.

The hostal has a great location. It’s close to many main places. The hostal is ideal for those looking for a place to sleep that is clean and has the basics. Shower didn’t drain well. Only one dispenser of what we assume was a body/hair wash. No sheets only comforter. A/C worked well. Bar across the street very busy until early morning hours so it is loud. Very secure, police department also across the street. Grocery store next door. Close to Callao metro station.

This is a great little hotel in the middle of everything. Staff was very friendly. Great Asian food all around and of course amazing Madrid food as well. A little hard to find. It’s directly across the plaza next to the hair shop. Look for a small sign outside the building door.

Great location, between upscale Gran Via and funky university district. Bare bones room, no lobby, gym, in- room fridge microwave or tissues. Had a mildew smell in bathroom. Security was good, area was safe (police station across the street). Staff (one guy at desk) helpful, accommodating and English speaking.

Property modern, clean. New towels everyday. Local to all amenities, public transport. Perfect for a short city break. Definitely recommend :-)

It was a little difficult to find when our taxi dropped us off, but then saw the sign on a doorway which led to some stairs inside. A few floors up, and there was the accommodation. Simple check-in, clean and comfortable room, bathroom immaculate and all in a lively area. This was a great find.
