Great location, great friendly host

The host was amazing. Helped with shuttle to airport, let us use a washer to do a load of clothes, was helpful about area. We stayed 2 nights. Comfortable and clean. Good security. Perfect for what we needed.

I had an amazing stay at this guesthouse in Split! Valeria, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful, giving us great recommendations on what to do in the city. She was always available if we needed anything. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, making it easy to explore Split. The unit was spotless and felt like it was brand new. We truly felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended!

We were treated well. Property was clean and very convenient to the major sights.

The room was secure, close to everything & absolutely spotless! So clean and beautiful, with so many extra amenities. The hostess Valeria was wonderful. She even gave us tips of different things to do in Split, which were amazing, and she organized our 04:30 am airport transfer for us.

since 2011 I started renting my places in Miami and I have been a guest of many places in the world , I have never found someone la Estefania. She is absolutely friendly, caring about you and you health. Caring so much about you and your stay, that I felt like I was staying with a family member. She is responsible, sweet, goes out of her way to help you! Her place is clean, gorgeous, neat , close to Old Town and in the middle of a great area. I was satisfied with everything. I wish all the people that rent places would be like her! I can t wait to comeback to my dear friend Estefania! 🙏❤️

Very comfortable quiet place just a short walk to the palace - like 5 minutes. Perfectly fast WiFi. Nice beds and coffee making equip. Good bathroom and shower. Morning sunshine. But also dark with window blockers. Nice host. Free parking just around the corner in the Maritime Museum.

Just checked out and honestly had such a great stay! The host was super friendly and made everything really easy. The place is newly renovated, really spacious, and felt super comfortable — even better than the photos. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for somewhere cozy and clean to stay!

Bra bemötande och information av värden Valeria, om sevärdheter och hur man hittar dem, flexibelt vid in- och utcheckning, bagageförvaring. Terassen saknade tyvärr bord och stolar, kanske pga att säsongen inte hade börjat. Jättebra läge intill gamla stan och övriga staden.

Valeria is an excellent host, who will do almost everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very fast response and not to pushy. They can arrange a pickup @ Split airport (€35 cash). Very good bed, spot clean room, some in between cleaning recommended. The location is on walking distance of the harbour, the castle, lots of restaurants, the market. .

Fantastik belligebnhet. Romslig rom med store vinduer, nytt bad. Veldig rent. Behagelig og hjelpsom vert. Vi spiste alle måltider ute, men det var godt mulig å lage enkelt frokost for to☺️ Alt i alt veldig fint rom med en bra lokasjon nær old town. Veldi rolig området
