Clean, great location very friendly. Easy instructions to get in room.

All good as expected

Dislike: There wasn't really staff on the property, there was just some guy there that kinda manages the place but thats about it. There was 7-10 rooms with two bathrooms so that was inconvenient. The soap smelled weird and there is also no bar like it says. Like: The area was amazing, very close to the beach and the food scene around was great. The room and the bathrooms were clean even with all the people staying there.

Decent budget choice for short stays. The manager of the location is friendly, the facilities were clean, and the property is located within walking distance of bars cafes restaurants and stores. Also easy to reach the beach by public transport or walking.

The place is clean but air conditioner is not working well so it is hot all the time Not recommended at summer.

I loved staying at urban rooms just couldn’t sleep because I went during the fiesta and was so loud can here music all night I was awake till 4.30am because of it but was still a good holiday just in June sometime is fiesta if your not keen google when ur is before going I would

Everything was great. Staff and cleanliness of room was spotless and communal areas. I had booked this as could not get late check out with a previous hotel that was more expensive and just not great. I would be sure to stay here for longer time next time. Everything was great. I enjoyed it and would recommend. The location is great and many bars and restaurants are within minutes walk. Staff went of there way to help. Recommending.

Good experience. It is a simple but very functional accomodation. Location is great for vacations or business.

It would have been 3 across the board but the morning I was checking out a cockroach walked across my pillow. I freaked out. I shook out my belongings, packed and left. It also wasn’t nice to hear the old man who lives there talk about me with another guest. I never said I didn’t understand Spanish. I said I prefer English. He should be more mindful and not assume that all Americans don’t understand or speak Spanish

The only problem was the noise coming from the street.

Loved my stay here! As a solo female I felt very safe and enjoyed how clean the rooms were. It was a great location, close to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely recommend

The owner is very nice and it's very clean, but be advised you have to share a bathroom and it's a bit noisy.

The person who welcomed us was very nice and attentive C we e got late check out and coffee

Our stay at urban rooms was fantastic, the room and bathroom were very clean. Very friendly service. Short walk from bars and restaurants.

Opposite the market. One block from bus to airport. Communal bathrooms.
