I quite carefully called the staff to check in advance the room was booked ok. When I arrived, the staff gave the wrong room to someone and I had to wait for the staff to clean another room and did not notify me for 1 hour that I would move to another room in the morning. In the morning, the receptionist informed me that I had to move to another room while all my belongings had to be moved in, which was very annoying to me and very unsatisfied.
