Went to check in, filled out the form with the correct ID. Moved onto the damage deposit and the receptionist didn’t have the facilities to use Apple Pay. Therefore leaving us stranded in the middle of London just before a show at the 02. Don’t use this hotel the receptionist and service is shocking there was no compromises and left us stranded in the city of London.

My experience with PremierLux Serviced Apartments was unacceptable from start to finish. I booked a room at this property, but when I arrived, I was sent to a completely different hotel without any prior notification or approval. This is a serious breach of trust. The place I was moved to was far below the standard advertised and in no way matched what I had booked. To make things worse, I was charged a deposit that has still not been returned. I have received no clear explanation, no assistance, and no accountability. The entire situation shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for guests. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had while travelling. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.

I had to be transferred to another hotel and got a very small room which was not what I wanted. There’s a £100 deposit hold on your card which I wasn’t aware at the time of booking. They arranged to send me to the new hotel by cab but didn’t do so at time of check out

Hotel had maintenance issue so room was not available, they were very professional and offered alternative accommodation at best western and arrange taxi. Bit of hassle and time consuming but happy they arrange new accommodation

The staff where really helpful had some issues with maintenance but got our room transferred to a different location near by and paid for our transportation there would have just liked a little more notice that we were going to be moved but all in all had such a wonderful experience thank you to the staff who made it smooth sailing.

Turned up after a long day of traveling to a shocked face and "oh your room is under refurbishment." I have no idea why this wasn't communicated before we arrived. I've got a feeling they sold our room on in hope that we were a no show They took full payment and said theyd get us somewhere else to stay. We arrived at the new place, the room was tiny and old and tired and also the place was half the price of the original hotel we had booked! Currently in talks with hotel.com.

This hotel is situation in a busy hub in Ilford with plenty of shops around. But the best thing about any hotel shouldn't be what's around it. This place is just rank bad. The room was terrible. It smelled like a pubescent teenager's bedroom, was of real poor quantity, and offered very little in the way of minimal comfort. The noise from the pipes in bathroom in the morning wasn't great either.

I stayed at this hotel last week, and honestly, it was a bit of a mixed experience. The first night we had issues with the door lock, and the room had only half a curtain, so privacy was kind of a problem, especially since I was with my girlfriend. There was no desk or even a rubbish bin, which was pretty annoying. I talked to the receptionist, and they moved us to a new room the next day, which was way better. After that, the room was fine, and the bathroom was decent too. But one thing that really got on my nerves was that almost every morning, maintenance people would come by to check something or fix things. It felt like we couldn’t just chill or sleep in because they’d be knocking on the door or coming in to do random stuff. Super frustrating. That said, the best part of the hotel was definitely the receptionist. They were really helpful and nice, so that made the experience a bit better. In the end, the hotel was alright, but it had its fair share of issues. If they could sort out the maintenance interruptions and fix the little things, it would be much better.

Carpets were dirty and tacky, bedding was stained and ripped, mattresses very old with springs very much felt during sleeping. Toilet sear cane off as was not fixed on at all. The apartments are part of a homeless scheme the council run. So the place is full of foreign homeless people. Avoid at all costs.
