Stylish design, great in-room coffee, excellent water pressure, and a prime location near sights and restaurants were definite highlights. Breakfast options were appealing, though not included. However, the stay was disrupted by loud church bells chiming every hour and half hour starting at 6 a.m. The bathroom lacked privacy, with glass walls letting in light at night, and housekeeping was only included once per stay unless you paid extra. While support was responsive and upgraded us to a larger room, noise issues remained. Overall, it didn’t quite live up to 4-star expectations

The room was freshly renovated and clean. The breakfast served at the downstairs restaurant, Folks., was superb, and maybe the best part of the stay. Excellent service and wide variety of well prepared foods. Do not miss this! The sole use of a phone app to enter your room was the only real drawback. It is a bit temperamental and worked part of the time. Much prefer a card key! The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and bars but is on a narrow street that cars have to squeeze into, so I would not recommend a rental car there. It is a short walk to the metro train which is a good way to get to and from the airport cheaply. There is some street noise at nights but bearable, almost all from people having a good time. This is a good, reasonably priced place to stay.

Enjoyed how you can just check-in just by using your phone. It's pretty advanced and all the necessities are there. Check out is also pretty easy!

Superb location, especially if you are interested in enjoying the Acropolis and the area around it. Online check-in and door access was super easy. The rooms were very up-to-date. This was our second time staying at that location, and will definitely use it again if we come back to Athens.

Prime location and safe neighbourhood

Great location for a base to explore Athens and for getting to the port and airport. Just a walk away from the Acropolis and places to eat. Check-in was easy and the team responded really quickly when we had an issue with the lights. Highly recommended.

Area felt very safe and easy to walk around. Hotel was well maintained and the balcony was a great place to sit in the evening.

Great, clean place. Nice view of the Acropolis. Walking distance to everything. You need to have wifi so you can access the rooms. No front desk.

Loved our stay with Bob Eolou. Location was fantastic, with many great bars and restaurants nearby. Close to the acropolis as well so ideal for tourists. The keyless entry was intuitive, and our room was clean and bright. Would definitely stay here again
