Amazing, nothing bad. Everything was so beautiful.

Honestly, the room had mold in the bathroom and looked outdated with no bath. This looks like a 3 star hotel even though we paid 500$ a night! The pools were good and the staff did the best they could with our complaints. The cups were stained and hotel could use a huge refurbishment.

This is my umpteenth stay here. Close to the mall and close to the beach. The staff, Ms. Sri, is very kind and helpful. Anyway, I will always stay here every time I return. My son loves swimming at this hotel.

The hotel is controlled by many foreigners, we are here like we are abroad 😅, the food has a lot of western menus, you have to ask the chef for white rice, the swimming pool is okay for children, breakfast for small children adds 115K, overall okay, but it doesn't seem like it Come back to this hotel, just want to try the hotel in front of Kuta Beach

Got a room with access to the lagoon pool, the kids really enjoyed it. Plus the room has a bunk bed. Lovely.

The hotel is good, it's just a shame that children over 5 years old are charged half the price for breakfast. My son doesn't eat much though. At least for small children under 10 years they are still given free for 5 star hotels. Hopefully in the future there will be regulations like that

Waiting for check-in from 1 pm to be able to enter the room at 3 pm. Good kids club service. The pool is really fun. My son really likes it. All facilities in the hotel area are good and maintained. Friendly staff. Delicious food.

All room facilities are complete and okay, the location is close to everywhere and crowded. Breakfast has many variations and is all delicious. Super spacious parking is easy for those who bring a car.

Very happy to stay here. The studio room is really good for us who always go out with the kids. The polls are fine too. Billyard and fun games all fit my kids. Oh yeah, just look for bread and ice cream at the hotel. 👌👍🏻 the employees are friendly. Love u all. 🥰😍🙏🏼.

Very suitable for those who bring children, lots of facilities for children. There is a waterpark and slides, and the area is supervised by a life guard. Even though the hotel is not exactly on the beach, there is access to the beach, and it is very close to the beach.

Have to improve breakfast menu and quality.

Nice hotel family, the room was so nice, the ambience so nice, the pool is amazing. My daughter love the kids club, the breakfast give us so many choices. You can choose either asian or western food with different places. The hotel also near to the beach. Its only 2 minutes walk. And they also provide us free photo session, love it so much. Oya and we also can feed the fishes and the duck (or goose? I forget hahahahaha) it also near to the water boom, and shopping mall. Really love it thank you.
