It was a lesson learned. I wanted to conveniently book a limo service to the airport, but the driver turned out to be an old man who deserved to rest at home. His driving was very uncomfortable.

I always stay in Grand Millennium Hotel when I visit Kuala Lumpur. This hotel has a good location because it's near Pavilion Mall, but for my last stay, I am a little bit disappointed with the convenience of this hotel due to the cleanliness in the room. The air condition was not cold, and the heater didn't work well. I hope the management can improve regarding this. This hotel has a good location and is close to Alor Street, too.

Every time I come to Kuala Lumpur, I always stay at Grand Millennium Hotel Bukit Bintang since 2006 🥰 It’s in a very strategic location, close to shopping areas and great places to eat. The breakfast at this hotel is very diverse and delicious. Today, my family and I were assisted by Mr. Mubarak Lamsan 🥰 Thank you, Sir—very helpful and friendly.

I got upgraded to a Classic room, a newly renovated room. The best location hotel at Bukit Bintang area, just beside the Pavillion Shopping mall, the breakfast is excellent.
