Everything is good, from receptionist, housekeeping, and staff. However, I received bad service from the head of the hotel. I suggest every head of the hotel must be polite and have a good attitude in serving all hotel guests.

Old building. The infrastructure is not modern. The water heater is not functioning.

The light in room 615 was broken and never repaired, so I only stayed for 1 night. The rest was satisfactory.

Hotel room was surprisingly very spacious & clean. The furniture was a bit old, but it was comfortable. Restaurants are available downstairs around the hotel from morning till night.

The hotel is very friendly and strategic. All the food around the hotel is delicious and really great if you visit here.

Clean and comfortable hotel is well worth the price.

I asked replacement for the remote several times because it does not work but no one came to have it replaced.

The rooms are quite comfortable and the roof top swimming pool is so nice.

Rooms like xterurus ☹️ are dusty with shabby furniture.
