A comfortable enough place to stay, strategically located near Simpang Lima and on Sunday mornings there are many delicious culinary delights sold around the hotel. However, perhaps because the hotel is old, some of the facilities are starting to deteriorate, such as the bathroom door handle is broken and the door cannot be closed, so the smell of the bathroom can be smelled up to the bedroom, the liquid soap dispenser that wants to come off when pressed. Perhaps improvements are needed for these facilities to make guests feel more comfortable when staying.

The staff, security, and valet parking service are very good, the service is fast, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good with a variety of menu choices, the location is close to Simpang Lima.

The smell of cigarette smoke, booked three rooms, all of which smelled terrible. Even a request for non-smoking rooms from the initial reservation was ignored. If they weren't available, they should have informed us immediately... the hotel is a pain. Parking is also difficult.
