The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. Parking is attached to a mall, so it can be a bit difficult to find on weekends.

The location is close to RM Garuda, Koki Sunda and many other snacks in the mall next to the hotel, if you bring a car you have to park in the basement of the mall.

The friendly staff offered me an upgrade to a corner room with a larger view, but it turned out to be facing the blazing sun. There were no curtains in some areas, so the AC wasn't cooling properly. If they had told me about this upfront, I would have declined. Otherwise, it was great...

The hotel is okay, the food is okay, and the staff are friendly. However, for added comfort and safety, there should be staff/staff monitoring the pool area, especially during high season, when many children swim but jump around, and many parents still smoke in the pool area.
